Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ReBinu Organics! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, here's what we can do to resolve your needs!

Returns  
For Canada orders you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and for International orders, it is 21 calendar days. The item must be unused and in brand-new condition to be eligible for a return. The item must be in the original packaging and you'll need the receipt/proof of purchase. We also require a tracking number and proof of delivery when you return the item to be able to process your refund. All used items are not able to be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we'll check it out and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You'll then receive your money back after the restocking fee is deducted.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Delivery of Items
If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:
  • Address incomplete or inaccessible
  • The parcel was not called for

Then you may either request a refund or for the item to be returned. Both options will be subject to postage fees. 

Any Other Issues
If there's anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days for Canada orders and 21 calendar days for International orders from the date of order to contact rebinu.organics@gmail.com to raise an issue. Any issues beyond this date will not be considered. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund due to skin abnormalities after using the product
If you would like to request a refund due to skin abnormalities after using the product, please check the list below before submitting your request.
1. Visible abnormality occurred after 5 weeks of continuous using the product. (Used up is ok)
2. Photo of skin before and after using the product (no correction)
3. 1 sheet of a medical certificate or opinion from a doctor stating that skin symptoms occurred due to the product you used. The incorrect use of the products is not eligible for refund or return. (ie stick over scarred skin)
Please prepare three items, contact our customer service center, and send them to us. We will refund the full price of the product.
