=How to Use=

• Shake well before using. For children 1-3 years: Take 1 serving (5 sprays) 1 time per day.

  Do not take it with antibiotics. Take it 3 hours before or after.

  1-3 years old: up to 5 sprays, 1 time a day 

  4-8 years old: up to 8 sprays, 1 time a day 

   9-18 years old: up to 10 sprays, 1 time a day 

  19 to Adult: up to 12 sprays, 1 time a day
