For body: Gently massage by directly applying soap onto your body. Then massage with hands or loofah.

For the scalp: Apply soap directly to following the hairline. Do not rub it in a circular motion on the scalp. 

• The hair becomes soft, but if you live in the hard water area, please rinse with vinegar water solution (1:10) or you can use a shower filter.
•  The scalp odor may be reduced. 
• You may experience hair growth. The scalp tingling may happen before seeing the hair growing.
• Allow 4-5 days to get the scalp and hair used to it. 

Use regularly for 2-3 months for the best result for hair.
